Richard Allen Wilson, of Pearland, Texas, was indicted on September 25, 2008 for acting as a dealer/agent without registration and selling unregistered securities. Both indictments involve the sale of interests in Brazos Valley Capital, LLC, and each indictment has multiple victims. David Hilburn was previously convicted of securities fraud relating to the sale of such interests and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
