Casey Ray Vanloon, Ricky Ray Knowles, John David Riddle: Sentenced, 10 Years Deferred Adjudication

Casey Ray Vanloon, Ricky Ray Knowles, and John David Riddle were sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication Oct. 7 for their role in a fraud centered on a proposed biodiesel plant in Hunt County.

The three men, sentenced in Collin County State District Court after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity, were ordered to pay a total of $580,292 in restitution to the victims. The three men cooperated with the investigation, conviction, and sentencing of Kenneth Paul Lawrence of Allen, the proposed operator of the biodiesel plant.
