It is the policy of the State Securities Board that all information posted on the Agency's Internet websites are accessible to all users and comply with the standards set forth in the Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 10, Chapter 206.
Testing and Validation of Web Pages
All Agency web pages will be tested for compliance with accessibility requirements by the Accessibility Coordinator using tools and resources available from the Department of Information Resources.

Each website of the Agency will contain a link to the Accessibility Policy of the Agency.
Accessibility Coordinator
