This position will perform clerical support work for the Staff Services Division.  The primary role of this position will be to process checks and incoming mail received by the Agency.  Secondary duties will include managing the clerical aspect of the Agency’s open employment opportunities process, recording daily accounts payable data, filing, data entry, and various other clerical or administrative tasks.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (License, Education, Experience):

Graduation from high school or equivalent.  Skill in the use of standard computer equipment and software at a basic level.  The ability to maintain a professional demeanor and facilitate cooperative team-work while sharing an open work space with the staff member that leads the process of depositing checks and distributing incoming mail.  Willingness to follow instructions provided by the leading staff member.  A work or school history that demonstrates a strong work ethic.  A personality that is detail oriented and focused on the assigned duties.  Proficient at managing time in order to meet daily deadlines.  Good proofreading skills.  Reliable attendance.  Ability to work extra hours on a seasonal basis when work load is high.  Applicant must agree to a 9:00 am to 1:00 pm work schedule.
