Raymond Rodney Asebedo, aka Randy Asebedo

On February 18, 2004, Raymond Rodney Asebedo, aka Randy Asebedo, of Lubbock, Texas was indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury, 137th Judicial District Court, for engaging in fraud and fraudulent practices and for acting as a securities dealer or agent without being registered as a securities dealer or agent. This indictment was based on the defendant obtaining money from investors for the purpose of purchasing shares and investment contracts in mutual funds, while he was not registered with the Securities Commissioner as a securities dealer or agent, and that defendant failed to purchase said shares and investment contracts in mutual funds for the investors' benefit.
