Larry J. Kuncl

Larry J. Kuncl, of Upland, California, pled guilty on February 21, 2007, in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, Cause No. 3:04-CR-345-M to one count of securities fraud. Kuncl was ordered to pay restitution of $7,000,000 to approximately 1700 victims. The defendant was charged with unlawfully running a massive Ponzi scheme targeting churches, ministries, religious organizations.
