Gary Raymond Moss

Gary Raymond Moss, of El Paso, Texas, doing business as Oxford American Benefits Trust (“OABT”) and American Living Trust Services (“ALTS”), was indicted on March 2, 2005 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, El Paso County, on eight counts of wire fraud, four counts of mail fraud and securities fraud, Cause No. EP-05-CR-0475. The indictment alleges that Moss offered investments in Oxford American Benefits Trust and American Living Trust Services, representing that investors could earn returns of 5% to 100% per month. The indictment charges that, in fact, investor funds were used for Moss' personal expenses and other expenses in perpetuation of his scheme.
