Frederick Otto Delin, of Denison, Texas, was indicted on May 7, 2007, in the 15th District Court of Grayson County, Texas, Cause No. 55950-15, for theft of property with a value greater than or equal to $200,000, and misapplication of fiduciary property from an elderly individual. Delin was previously indicted in the same court for selling unregistered securities and selling securities without being registered as a dealer or agent.
