Donald J. Taylor of San Antonio, Texas, president and owner of Cimarron Operating, Inc. and Texas Southern Energy Corp., was indicted on November 16, 2005 in the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, Cause No. SA-05-CR-733XR for securities fraud, mail fraud, telemarketing fraud, and interstate transportation of money obtained through fraud. Taylor is charged with inducing individuals to purchase investment contracts and interests in oil and gas wells located in Colorado and Texas.
