On August 14, 2007, the Honorable Judge Gisela Triana, of the 98th Judicial Court of Travis County, authorized Janet Mortenson, a court-appointed receiver, to distribute $4,735,000 to investors in connection with a case captioned State Of Texas v. David Allan Hilburn; Box 40 Group, LLC; Brazos Valley Capital, LLC and Mayhaw Capital Partners, Case No. D-1GV-06-000266. The matter was commenced by the Office of the Attorney General, at the request of the Texas Securities Commissioner. The Enforcement Division wishes to thank Janet Mortenson, who is the court-appointed receiver, and the Office of Attorney General, for their assistance.
