On January 28, 2004, Danny Ray Digman, Sr. aka Dan Digman and Lori Lea Burrow were indicted by the Travis County Grand Jury, 331st Judicial District Court, for selling unregistered securities, selling securities without being registered as a securities dealer or agent and fraud in connection with the sale of securities. These indictments were based on the defendants' sale of investments in an automated teller machine investment program of companies known variously as PaymentWorks, Inc., PaymentWorks and XpressPay ATM.
