Brittain Wayne Bowers

Brittain Wayne Bowers of Bishop, Texas, was indicted on October 2, 2007, in the 199th Judicial District Court of Collin County, Texas, Cause Nos. 199-82423-07, 199-82424-07, 199-82425-07, on charges of theft of property of the value of $200,000 or more, misapplication of fiduciary property of the value of $200,000 or more, and money laundering of funds of the value of $100,000 or more, all first degree felony offenses. Bowers allegedly engaged in a scheme and continuing course of conduct whereby he promised performance that he did not intend to perform and created false impressions of fact likely to affect the judgment of the victims.
