Work involves preparing files for archiving, organizing archived files, and inputting archival information into database applications. Further work will involve scanning voluminous records. Other duties as assigned. This position is a temporary position for six weeks with a possibility of a brief extension. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (License, Education, Experience):
Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is generally preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Must be able to use standard office equipment and software. Must be able to kneel, stand for significant periods of time, and move and lift up to 50 pounds.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Experience in clerical or administrative support work. Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures and be able to communicate effectively.
