JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs administrative support work for the Registration Division. Work involves data entry and reconciliation of information in multiple filing systems, maintaining filing and compliance with retention schedules, and reviewing applications. The successful candidate will be required to type routine correspondence, communicate effectively on the phone, manage the reception area, and be available for special projects as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (License, Education, Experience):

Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in administrative support work. Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures. Skill in the use of standard office computer equipment and software. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, climb a ladder, and work set hours of 8 am – 5 pm.
